This is use for the auto dispensing for mobile phone vibrating motor, which solves the efficiency problem caused in manual operation;

2.Mechanical spes
2.1Frame
Al frame structure with 20-25mm thick steel plate for baseboard; surface electroplating treatment;
2.2Auto top cover feeding system
Auto vibrating plate arrange and feed material-linear send will put the magnet to the right position- 8 cover plate picked to bottom case by vacuum suction cup each time
2.3Bottom case sending system
Bottom cases are manually sent to positioning plate, then flow to dispensing position;
2.4Dispensing system
Sensor ***ects the position plate in the conveyor-locating system work to make it to the right position; servo motor work one turn and dispensing system work to apply one turn; two set of dispenser, 4 pcs/time;
2.5Press system
Sensor ***ects the position plate in the conveyor-positioning system cylinder with eight press block goes down to press for a certain time, at the same time, heat them to certain temperature;
2.6Positioning system
Sensor ***ect, cylinder fix the position plate in assembly line;
