2.Features
2.1This is used to test the leak performance for prismatic battery steel can or Al can;
2.2Equipped precise press sensor with precision 1Pa.or 0.001ml/Min;
2.3Manipulator put batteries to fixing plate and then cylinder fix the battery;
2.4Leak test for 5 cells at the same time;
2.5Manipulator will pick out the unqualified ones to the waste collector;
3.Structure and function
3.1his machine includes the following system:
3.2Battery positioning & fix system: Manipulator put batteries to positioning stage (made by POM plastic which protect the battery from damage) and tightly fixed the battery;
3.3Battery Can/shell drying system: cylinder pushes the vacuum tank down-suction cup stick the can/shell-fill dry air to the inner part (dry air or Nitrogen)
3.4Frame: Aluminum alloy frame;
3.5Control system: controlled by relay, vacuum is controlled by vacuum magnetic valves;
3.6Curve show: to show time- leak curve;
